(July 4, 2019, 2:04 pm)I have never been to a car dealership, ready to buy a new car, where there was not a sales rep available...until today. There were only three sales reps in the place and they were all busy. It wasn't crowded. But apparently they had one set of customers too...many...us...so we left after waiting a while and no one was available to help us.
UPDATE: So today we returned to Hyundai and bought a Tucson. Our sales rep Domingo, was the epitome of a knowledgable, friendly, non-pushy sales rep. We are very pleased with the service we received so I honestly need to change the review to 5 stars. -

From the sales person (Brock), to finance, it was smooth sailing. They really made it easy and fast and checked off all the boxes. We've purchased A LOT of vehicles over the years, and our experience with Nashua Hyundai was one of the best we've had. I highly recommend them!

I quickly felt at ease when I pulled up and David Ritter came out to greet me. His knowledge, energy and sense of humor was perfect to not only cheer me up but I felt like he was the one to help me finally find the car of my dreams. He listened to my story and what I could and could not afford and he didn’t try to persuade me or force me anything I wasn’t comfortable with or didn’t like. Overall, he made it an amazing experience as well as Joe in finance. I highly recommend Hyundai of Nashua and their team! I will definitely be back in the future and will be referring all my friends and family. ❤️

(March 2, 2019, 5:31 pm)I had a 2006 Tucson and was very happy with it. I traded it in on a 2019 Santa Fe in mid Feb. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. The dealership was very competitive and I feel that I got a great SUV for my money. The sales staff was very efficient and took care of all the paperwork for me. I would recommend Nashua Hyundai .
