Recovering after surgery is intimidating as you start to re-learn your body’s limits and pain tolerance. After one session, I saw a significant reduction in pain. At first, I felt like my body wasn’t my own so I was even afraid to be too rough on it. In 60 minutes I was able to shower without anxiety and could feel leaner. I highly recommend doing at least a few sessions to get better results. On the other hand, you can do it yourself but why delay your own healing?
