This office is absolutely the best! I was greeted by Nurse Kerry who was friendly, helpful, and professional. Nicole is everything someone could want in a PCP. She takes her time to get to know her patients. She asks questions and attentively listens to the answers. She understands that every patient is an individual and has different needs and feelings. I was looking for a PCP who didn't just follow a "one size fits all" approach to healthcare and I found her. I have been in the healthcare profession for about 40 years and have high expectations. Nicole met every one of those and more.

I had a really positive experience with Altrix Primary Care and Nicole. She is very informative and is willing to take the time to explain things- or speed things up if you need it. I was happy with the care provided and can happily recommend her as a PCP. :)

Very personable, knowledgeable and kind staff and Doctors. 😊 They take the time to see you (they do not rush you through the appointment which was very nice and refreshing) and are very thorough as well. Best experience I have ever had in a healthcare facility hands down. Nicole Tsoukalas the APRN and Becky the medical assistant deserve many kudos for all of the hard work that they do and I constantly recommend them to both my family and friends.

Excellent! Have been coming to the providers at Altrix for the past year. Each time I go I am reminded about how healthcare should be. They take the time to listen and discuss all your health care needs. As someone in healthcare I know this is uncommon and is why I refer to Altrix as much as I can.
