Both my husband and I had our first appointment . We were greatly surprised at how clean the facility is and the Customer Service I could not ask for better. The care that was taken with x rays and normal health check of the mouth was exceptional. I have gone to 2 others and have been in and out within a 1/2 hour. This place took the time to do things right and explained as they went along. They also gave me an estimate after insurance. And I was impressed I had been quoted well over 1,000.00 for my whole treatment plan being cleaning the most and this was well with in my budget and the company is in my network. so now we wait to hear from insurance and in the mean time we can put money aside. Well it has been a few months Finally I have started my dental work. had my very first deep clean down a week ago other side to go tomorrow 2/22. No pain, no discomfort was pleasantly surprised as how smoothly the whole procedure went. I would recommend having drinking straws at home hehe I dribbled water all over myself but it eventually went away maybe 1 1/2 hours after I got home.

If I could give more stars I would. After having a terrible experience at another Dental practice where I was getting a cavity filled and they did not let the numbing gel sit long enough before putting the needle numbing stuff in, which resulted in the WORST pain of my life(I have tattoos and broken over 10 bones), I was scared to go back to the dentist ever again. Especially when the previous dental practice did not seem to care that they made a mistake, or try to calm me down from the pain-just wanting to bill me. Anyway, I was doing some research on dental places and this one came up with all great reviews. The staff at Nashua Dental Group are by FAR the best staff/people I have come across in a business. Super professional, explained everything to me beforehand, reassured me that they will try to their best to be gentle and cautious when filling my cavity. Not only did they stray true to their word of being gentle, they were patient and kind. Yvonne was my hygienist (who is the most honest, and kind soul i've met), and Dr.Caldwell did my cavity fillings with the help of I believe her named was Gisele(they did a great job as team even when they could probably hear my heart beating out of my chest from anxiety). I recommend Nashua Dental Group 100/10 times. If you have anxiety about the dentist or getting dental work done-THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Thank you to the staff so much for making this a pleasant experience when it was never a good experience for me.

I absolutely love Nashua Dental Group. I switched to them several years ago after having a horrific experience with my old dental office and I have had nothing but positive experiences since. If you are nervous to go to the dentist because of the experience I highly recommend going here. The staff is wonderful from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the doctors. I love seeing the same faces and catching up with them when I visit. They are very kind, the office is comfortable and clean. And having been to the dentist twice during a pandemic I can say the lengths they are going to to keep you and them healthy and safe is great. I feel very safe going here.

I've been going to Nashua Dental Group for about 7 years and my family and I absolutely love them. Personally I hated going to the dentist until I found them, I usually get really bad anxiety just thinking about it. I explained to them since day one on my anxiety and they were able to work with me through my anxiety. All the staff are super friendly and professional and they explain everything and Dr. Khan is an amazing doctor! Thank you for being so understanding and taking care of our family!

In some of these reviews people focused in on a single negative experience. I have been going to this dentist for years through
multiple managements. Both of these have been exemplified
by outstanding dental care and compassion for your dental problems.
When I go to this place I know they are sincere about what they do.
There may be times when your dental hygienist sees an issue that requires additional x-rays or the like but they always explain to me
why there might be an additional cost. This does not happen very often.
I definitely think this is the place to bring kids as the staff is very cheery.
The front desk will help you evaluate all your payment and billing options
and to obtain the best estimate they can as to costs. Lets face it,
they have to deal with the insurance companies to. I've had work done
by both Dr. Khan and Dr. Biebuyck. Great dentists. Very compassionate
people.
