We love having Dr. Ann Irwin as our optometrist. She gives a through exam and makes sure you are comfortable with the prescription she writes. My family drives 1.5 hours to see her and she is worth the drive.
The cost is also very reasonable.

Both my children saw her for contacts and she was great--patient and reassuring as they learned to use their contacts. She sent them home with samples to make sure that their final choice was comfortable and perfect for their vision.

Dr. Irwin is the most thorough eye doctor I have ever had who takes the time for her patients. She gave me 5 different contact lenses to test out (daily and monthly types) which made it so easy to decide what works best for me. Good price too if you don't have insurance.
