I had called another business in South Nashua which would not install a simple cable jack in an upstairs room. They referred me to another person and I called him and never received a call back. Searched Google and found Pat from Extreme Audio and Video! Selected him because he was local and had a great review. I greatly appreciated his service and flexibility with installing a new cable jack in the room above our garage. Thanks so much Pat!!! Excellent workmanship and customer service!
(December 7, 2016, 11:33 pm)The aim of Pat Molettieri of Xtreme Audio& Video is customer happiness, not merely satisfaction. From planning, to installation, to instruction, to continued support, he achieves that goal in every stage.
In the planning stage, Pat listened to be sure he understood exactly what we were looking for in our home entertainment system. His expert recommendations broadened our view of what was available to us in our price range. He gave clear options and alternatives in plain language. The timeline of the work was exactly met. The final price was clear from the start.
The installation of our system was coordinated with a kitchen and living room re-modeling project seamlessly. Pat worked hand in glove with the electrician and project manager of the rest of the work. Xteme technicians were punctual, and the workspace was left in good order every day. Our system required work in an attic crawlspace, over a brick fireplace, in the family room, and the basement. Everything was completed on schedule and left visually appealing.
Before turning the system over to the owner, Pat makes sure that everything is programmed accurately, and that a novice to a high end system can use it easily.
Of all the strengths of Xtreme Audio & Video, the greatest is customer communication and support. At each stage, and after receiving final payment when some vendors drop customers down in their priority list, Pat treats you like you are the only customer, or at least the most important one, he has. In the most extreme example, I sent a text to him, immediately started another to clarify my question, and received a call from him before I could complete the second text message. Every interaction is pleasant. Even if the problem you contact him for arises from user error, his reaction is swift and educational. I first wrote this review in 2011. Five years later, Pat Molettieri is as responsive to inquiries as he was when the deal was being made for the system he put together (and the system is still operating perfectly). Ours was a small project compared to much of the work done by Xtreme Audio Video, but we are treated as though we are they most important customers.
I recommend and endorse PM and Xtreme Audio without reservation
