I don’t even get charged for overdrafting my account as they’ll automatically cover it w/ my connected savings account. I can deposit checks right from my phone, and if I have any issues whatsoever w/ any of my Chase debit or credit card transactions or lost card, anything, their customer service representatives are always friendly and always help w/ the issue at hand.
