“This is a great hotel. I arrived at nearly 10pm and a nice Maintenance worker helped me get past the keypad and into the Lobby as he saw my hands were full. Had an issue with the first room I was assigned, but the Front Desk staff immediately addressed the issue by giving me another room and sending the same, super nice Maintenance worker up to check out the room I'd left. Was great to see this proactive approach to addressing issues and correcting them. Had a great one-night stay and would stay here again!!”
