(September 24, 2019, 10:59 pm)This studio is a safe place for me. I lost dance a while ago when my studio of 19 years closed. I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to find another studio because I wasn’t looking for any competition studios, I just wanted to dance to dance. Then one day my friend Meghan found The Vitality Place and then my dance world opened up again. Nicole is an amazing, humble and sweet individual who cares about all of her dancers, of all ages, and makes sure her studio is a safe place for everyone. Along with Nicole, the other staff at TVP is wonderful as well. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to dance again to consider looking into this studio! As well as dance, they offer barre and yoga classes. I had never done a barre OR yoga class until I came to TVP, and I love both! Thank you Nicole for opening this incredible studio. Please take a class! You won’t regret it.
(October 16, 2018, 3:51 pm)The Vitality Place has become a huge part of my life! I come from Rhode Island every week just to dance and train at The Vitality Place because it is SO worth it. In my past, as a competition dancer, I danced at studios where I didn't feel "at home" and in fact had many bad experiences with certain studios because they didn't genuinely care. However, The Vitality Place is the exact opposite. As I started my new adventure with different goals I needed to find a studio where I knew I could get the advanced training I needed with people who knew what they were doing and TVP is the PERFECT place for that. The moment I first worked with Nicole I knew that this studio was somewhere where I can train and grow and be motivated in an environment with lots of good vibes. The instructors there push you to become your best while also not letting you get discouraged. I've never been more motivated or excited to reach my goals than I am now that I have The Vitality Place as my center for training.
(August 15, 2018, 10:12 pm)I took my first 18+ class today and MAN was it fun! ???? Nicole does a fabulous job choreographing and teaching fun pieces for us to learn during class. I highly recommend their 18+ classes to those who have graduated from dance classes and long to dance again! ????
(July 26, 2018, 9:08 pm)I took my first class at The Vitality Place last night and it’s safe to say I am OBSESSED! As a former dancer who has been looking for years for a local studio to provide quality instruction to trained dancers to continue to practice into adulthood, this checks all the boxes for me! The studio is absolutely beautiful, the staff and instructors are welcoming and sweet, and the choreography is challenging and fun and exactly what I’ve been missing! There are a ton of different classes for different interests and skill levels and I want to try them all.. this is definitely a southern NH dance gem!
