Lived here for a little over a year now and haven’t had any problems! Love the idea that renting is month to month cause many places don’t offer that around here. Very convenient

Mat and the rest of the office staff are kind and knowledgeable and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about the maintenance staff! They are always quick to respond to complaints respectfully and effectively (which, working in customer service myself, KNOW this isn't always easy). Kudos to them!! Service requests are dealt with in a timely manner or they tell you exactly when someone they've hired will be there to fix it.

This is a property owned and managed by Gilbert G. Campbell; he made great choices when hiring these employees. They really care about their jobs and it shows.

I've lived here since 2009.I have been more than pleased with management and maintenance department Matt and his crew does a great job and they're very prompt. The ladies in the office Rita and Virginia are friendly and helpful . The buildings and the grounds are kept up with all year round. The in-town location is very convenient and close to everything. Compared to other rental properties in town Derry Country Club is the most affordable with heat & hot water included. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
