Good deed dish and customer service

My boyfriend and I have been to many Little Caesar’s in the DMV area. All had something wrong with the crazy bread...overdone, undercheesed, hollow (????), but this location does it right! Their hot n readys are also consistently well done. Thank you little Caesar’s on silver hill road! This is the only location we will ever go to now.

I must admit I am very impressed with the turnaround this location has achieve. During my prior visits to this location before the remodel & rehire of employee's it was a very sketchie place. To name a few of the problem's I have dealt with involves long wait times, and cashiers with attitudes, unsanitary restaurant in dire need of cleaning, and never could get some support over the phone without being put on a long hold. Not sure if this was the reason this location was shut down for a few months.

Now they have reopen this location it is a very competitive pizza restaurant. The customer service now is outstanding I was greeted coming through the door, my wait time was less than 4 minutes for a whole piping hot pizza. I decided to give the phone ordering another shot and with a 5-minute drive from home my Supreme Pizza was ready by the time i arrived, which was so perfect. The place was updated and extremely clean. The environment was so pleasant that I will be revisiting this location in the future.

While Little Caesars is not my favorite pizza restaurant ( you pay for what you get). It is making improvements where it count. Looks like quick pizza is back on the menu.
