Hot Asana Yoga is by far my favorite yoga studio. The staff is amazing and the instructors are so knowledgeable. I love the modern music played in class; it offers a fun relatable aspect to those who are transitioning into practicing yoga, and the cool infused towels at the end of class is the perfect way to unwind. I also really enjoyed how if you couldn't keep up you could return to child pose and regroup without an instructor yelling across the room to see if you were okay mid class. Classes really are for every level and detailed modifications are given as class progresses. Loved how you were also taught how to properly incorporate yoga blocks and other tools into your practice. I look forward to many more classes here!
