“Absolutely loved this hotel! Attended a work party here, loved it so much came back the following weekend. Was storming both weekends but still loved it! The beds are comfy and warm. The beach view rooms are awesome, wasn't able to reserve a beachfront room though, sadly. The staff that was at the party was attending to breakfast in the diner the next day and they were friendly and kind, made me feel like I was at home, not in a hotel. The staff treated us like family. Definitely will be revisiting, just hope they have a beachfront room this time ????”

“My boyfriend and I stayed over night spontaneously on Saturday 10/12. This was the only place that had an opening. We had room 110 with a king sized bed. It was cozy. Bed was comfortable, bathroom a bit claustrophobic, but otherwise it was great. One of the chairs at the table were wobbly. It was a great location and within walking distance of everything. We would definitely consider staying again!”

“As much as I want to complain about the lack of amenities I just can't. The location is what you're paying for. A mini fridge was the only amenity. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no private balcony, no in room safe and parking is 100 yards down the street. But the location is perfect for access to Hampton Beach. I actually saw a whale breaching from my balcony on our last day there.”

“Lovely experience. Booked online for 2 double beds. Got to the confirmation page and it only said 2 double bed. I was able to call and confirm it was for 2 double beds. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Ac and heat worked great. New appliances that were clean and working great. The hot water worked amazing! You know the peak shower times leave most places with limited water but not here! The water never got cold. Hope to return again soon! Walls are thin but it's the beach and people drink and walk heavy so if you are looking for a quiet place this isn't it. But it was perfect for us.”

“Could not be more accommodating and gracious business/cafe owners! By the time we left, we were on a first name basis with Lola and Jimmy, who went endearingly out of their way to customize our orders exactly to our tastes! Utterly kind, welcoming, personable, cheerful people and are clearly in the perfect career as their cooking (they hail from Lebanon so the menu is Mediterranean-driven) is a labor of love and Lola noted how food is a gift to share with our human family where we are all each other's spiritual siblings, all God's children. They insisted we sample a few things to make sure we loved them before purchasing. Our meals were delicious! Definitely coming back again and again. :)”
