I’ve enjoyed the relaxing and visually pleasing environment, inside the Award Winning Studio or On the beach. Lead by a professionally certified owner and team of yoga certified instructors, each with their own interpretation... One of Best in Northern New England...

The studio Is beautiful for the indoor classes and the beach classes....amazing! Toes in the sand, sunrise, the smell of the salt air. The most wonderful way to start the day. If you are on vacation on the seacoast of NH, start your day with the morning classes. Right in the heart of Hampton Beach! So good!

Undoubtedly the best yoga studio and practice I've ever been to! The studio has a great vibe and each teacher brings their own expertise with a consistent flow in-line with the practice. Overall, priced very well for the quality. Beach yoga with this studio is a must!
