My husband and I were first time home buyers, and Jill made it so easy for us! The process we went through with the sellers was complicated, but she did everything she could for us to make sure things were done right and on time. She also communicated often to make sure to answer any questions we had, and also just to update us through everything. So, I can’t say enough about Jillian!!! She helped me through my first time purchasing a home and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, experienced, knowledgeable realtor. For someone who knew NOTHING about home ownership or even where to start (meaning me), she guided me through the whole process easily and without me feeling like I should have known something. She’s patient, kind, and an all-around great advocate for matching you with the right home. I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. As someone who has never purchased a home until now, she made the whole experience a breeze. People say buying a home can be so stressful. Honestly, I’m still waiting for when the stress is to begin and I’ve been living in my new home now for a month! And in 30 years when I may decide to move, she will be the first phone call I make!!! By the way,I also purchased my home during the holiday season in December along with closing within 30 days. My husband and I recently just bought our first home through Jill at The Hamptons. Jill was such a pleasure to work with! Moving across the country from Texas to New Hampshire with a goal to be in a house by September with such limited time seemed difficult but Jill made it so easy for us. My husband and I had less than a week in August to meet with Jill and view some houses. In just two days Jill scheduled us to view 12 homes. After listening to our wants and needs, I believe Jill strategically placed the house we decided on closer to the end of our viewings. She knew this would be our house before we did. Once we saw the house we both knew right away this was the one for us. Jill gave the best insight and advice along the way. My husband and I both left the country once our offer was accepted and Jill was extremely easy to get in contact with, both through phone and email. Purchasing a home outside of the country or even state for that matter can be overwhelming but Jill made it happen. She was beyond patient, understanding, thorough, and fought for us every step of the way!
