(April 16, 2021, 4:43 pm)This new Costco is awesome because it's far more convenient for us. They have some things to learn and better customer service to provide... for example, you order the more expensive of the vanilla yogurt and the fruit smooth and ask them to do half and half and it's a quick NO! That's just dumb business. Then, the yogurt doesn't have a consistent smoothness. I am so happy they changed the straws back from those awful paper ones though. I'm sure they will get better at keeping popular items like white rose trees or those purple flower trees. They are probably bushes formed more into a tree but they are so cute when you can get them. They are finally bringing samples back very slowly and hand it with a glove in a bag. Hopefully, soon. That's sometimes how I make meal choices. 😋 Costco gas is still the best value in the area. It's definitely worth it when the prices are 10 to 11 cents less than anywhere else. Not always the case but once in awhile. If they kept it that way, there'd be too long of lines.
(April 4, 2021, 1:12 am)Easy to find items, good prices, helpful checkers. Only problem is that you have to pay for food court purchases with debit/credit cards, not cash. Quite often I will need to pay cash but Nampa, ID store says I can't use cash. They are losing my weekly hot dogs and strawberry parfait business. The Meridian, Idaho store hadn't made my food to be card only so I go there more often for lunch/shopping.
(March 20, 2021, 4:22 pm)Extremely busy store, so much so that I wasn't sure I wanted to go in. But, cars were moving along smoothly so I went in. The same efficiency, though the store was packed, was going on inside. I found it a very positive experience, despite the crowds. Even the checkouts were reasonably efficient. Keep it up.
(February 26, 2021, 4:28 pm)The new Costco is roomy. I was there during a Friday afternoon. Busy, but not overcrowded. Found a lot of items I was looking for. Surprised decaf coffee bean was not there. Staff was very helpful finding a substitute on another item!
(December 25, 2020, 10:33 pm)This is a very nice Costco store. Average size for this area. Costco have l has groceries, home items, camping equipment, automotive, and even a wife selection of wines. If you like to buy in bulk, that's is the place! Their return policy is the best. You can't go wrong buying from Costco!
