(December 19, 2019, 8:13 am)Let me start by saying, I’m a real customer. We had an incident where a bed we ordered was stuck in shipping and ups refused to deliver it. So now, my husband and I are without a bed and family coming home tomorrow for the holidays. In a panic I had no idea what to do. I thought how am I going to get a new mattress same day? Impossible, right? Wrong! I found Ron from mattress by appointment and called him, told him my story and we set a meeting for 4 pm same day. This man was so kind and accommodating. We bought a wonderfully comfortable and well made mattress and he put it on the back of his truck and followed us home last night! Same day! He really saved us from a terrible bind. There would be no other place that would have done that for us. If you need a new mattress please go here. Not the others guys that look like this business. Choose mattress by appointment in Plaistow nh and ask for Ron! This will be where we purchase all our future mattresses. Thank you again Ron for your kindness and professional business. At a killer price by the way!!!!

(October 1, 2019, 9:50 am)I called and left a message on Sunday morning and got a call back right away. We were able to get an appointment same day with Ron. Ron was professional yet kind and treated us like family. He tried get us the best deal and even threw in a mattress cover into the price. Would Highly recommend.
