Absolute best decision I made picking Extra Space in Salem. The location is perfect, the price was even better and the facility is so clean and brand new looking. Plus! Rick was phenomenal went above an beyond for me to be in the right unit for all of my stuff. The feeling of so many positives puts me at ease with putting my personal belongings in a place I’m not. Definitely recommend Extra Space in Salem. Go check it out and ask for Rick you won’t regret it.

Just rented my unit not even 5 minutes ago and I’m already impressed with Jose and Rick. These two guys knew their stuff, were SUPER friendly and answered and explained any questions or details I may have had. I chose this unit for two reasons: price and location as I’m always traveling to and from the Rockingham area. Now I have a 3rd reason: the friendliest staff around. The facility looks and feels brand new, is clean, and well maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in their buildings and are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended and hope to be a loyal customer for as long as they’ll have me.

Rick made the process of renting storage very easy and straightforward. The facility is really nice, very clean and the units are easily accessed. Security is top notch. I would definite recommend.

We just rented a space with Jose and he couldn’t have been more pleasant! A glitch in the system took our space off reservation and he spent the better part of a Saturday working with management to make it right. Really appreciate him going above and beyond to do right by his customer! Thanks Jose! The facilities also look great!

Rick was very helpful getting the right size unit I needed. His prices were reasonable and the units were great. I hope to never have to move again, BUT if I do, I would use them again. Also the hours are very convenient. THANK YOU.
