(April 20, 2023, 11:00 pm)I recently had a raccoon problem at my home. A female raccoon had her babies in my chimney just above my fireplace. I contacted Shawn at NE Wildlife Control and he came out the following day and assessed the issue and confirmed my belief. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained his process to remove the family in a safe and humane way. Within 2 days of Shawn working his magic, the family of 5 raccoons had moved out. No trapping involved. Additionally, he provided great advice and guidance on purchasing a chimney cap which I did. When it arrived one week later, he came back and professionally installed it for me on his own time for which I am grateful. I highly recommend NE Wildlife Control and Shawn. I'm extremely satisfied and would certainly use them again for any wildlife issues. 5 stars!
(March 15, 2023, 4:27 pm)I was having an emergency as a pest found its way into my attic; I called Shawn at New England Wildlife Control and he came the next day. Inspected my space and told me the issue right away. He didn’t need to squeeze me into his schedule. But he did. He showed up at the time he said he would, called me and discussed all issues and gave advice on what I need to do as a new homeowner. I currently have a plan I pay for monthly with freedom pest control, but they couldn’t come for over a week so I found Shawn! Highly recommend! All around amazing service! Thanks again, Shawn!
(December 17, 2022, 11:18 am)Had a great experience with New England Wildlife Control. He was quick to respond to my initial call and showed up exactly when he said he would. The pricing was fair and he even went above and beyond, coming back again to get rid of stragglers after the initial service period was over. On top of that, he's a nice guy and was really good at explaining things every step of the way. I hope I don't need pest removal services again, but if I do I will definitely call Shawn.
(November 17, 2022, 9:16 pm)Shawn was lightning fast to respond not only to my first inquiry, but all communication even after work was agreed upon. I had a lot of questions, and needed to adjust a couple things about the service to be done, and he hung with me through it all with a great deal of care and understanding. He even used his experience in carpentry to provide insight on some other items as he was conducting his inspection that could cause issues, like potential for water damage. In a land of contractors who often lack communication skills, don't put the care into providing you a quality service throughout the relationship, working with Shawn was a breath of fresh air....he was timely, open and honest with his message, and isn't the type of contractor who looks just at the top $$$ that a job will come in at, but will right size it for the situation.

He successfully dug a trench and installed mesh wire to ensure that rodents would not continue to dig underneath my house. After a few weeks it has continued to do its job. He performed the job in a timely manner and did frequent drop ins to make sure everything was up to par. I will be sure to use his services again in the future and will recommend him to friends and family.
