(September 19, 2019, 12:12 pm)The quality of their products is great. I have bought a few pieces of equipment from them and I’ve never had an issue. The one time I utilized the service department, they were also great. My only issue is that some of the guys that work their are super arrogant about their small engine knowledge. While we’re all very impressed that some of you can rebuild a carb, it ain’t surgery, so take it down a notch. But the products are great and overall it’s a good place.
(June 8, 2019, 9:59 am)Bought a Gravely zero turn mower here and had a wonderful experience, especially post-sale service. When I was having difficulty getting to a particular area in my yard due to a hill, they sent a rep out to my house twice to come up with a solution. When it turned out that I bought the wrong mower (needed a heavier mower with a wider wheel base to get to that area), they were VERY generous with the exchange for an upgraded mower. They could have easily put the wrong purchase on me as the buyer but they took responsibility, which was quite honorable. I could not be more appreciative to the sales and general managers of this store. They have earned a customer for life, thank you!
