One of my old go to you could always find what you need for a reasonable price the lady "candy" that works there is amazing she will help you no matter what she's doing

Basic JC Penney, but this one usually has all in stock. Many sizes. Good sales as well. Get their email and save more

Many enthusiastic employees at key locations in the store offering directions and handing out discount coupons. Store is tidy, clean and well stocked.

In the men's dept. Found certain sizes were very limited. We did find shirts but no slacks. Thought some of the prices were high. So definitely have coupons when you go. 1 cashier and lines for check out. He was doing a great job but was a little frustrated. Stores are short of help. Be ready at check out with coupons and payment. Keep the lines moving.
