Had and oil and filter Change on my Kia Turbo, 4 cylinder and of course they have the full synthetic oil that I use and they also have the filter. I was promised a little over an hour but I got it back clean, in 45 minutes and my advisor had my bill all ready to go with a nice discount for my first trip but will definitely not be my last ! I had my Honda serviced today , going in I was expecting to wait 2-2.5 hours , Ray the service advisor was very helpful , so 1 hour has passed and I am sitting in waiting room , next thing I see my car pulling up all complete ,Ray explained they put 2 service techs on it , shows you that Canobie Lake Honda really cares about their customers time , this is the only Honda dealership that I will go to for sales and service, also the waiting and rest room were spotless

I was greeted by Ryan, who was very professional and answered all of my questions.
I was in for a battery test, which showed that I did need one, and was told that I was overdue for a brake service, so I waited until both were completed. This didn’t take long, and I was on my way. My vehicle is running great!
I was greeted by Martin Shipon quickly and professionally. He reviewed the issues that needed to be addressed. One was a tire pressure issue and the other a fuel pump recall. He was clear about the time needed and, as discussed when I had made the appointment, had a rental car waiting. The time was quick and easy. The car was ready at the end of the day as promised and Martin reviewed everything with me. This was my first time using Rockingham I will definitely make it my service provider from now on. I arrived early and my car was take. The service person John was very pleasant and offered that I did not have to wait for the oil change, that it could be done at the same time. He asked if there was anything else I needed and I mentioned two broken pieces and he ordered them for me. A very nice experience and I would strongly recommend Rockingham Honda for a new vehicle and certainly for service.
