  LOVE LOVE LOVE coming here. I normally attend the early AM boot camp class with Sandy and she is wonderful. 45 min work out with a small class. Always doing something different. They are always running challenges which excite me. I love to see the final outcome. Jon the owner is very educated in what he does. He is very understanding and is upfront & lets you know if he feels something will work out for you or guides you to what might work better. The machines and routines are not intimidating at all. its a very comfortable atmosphere. So happy I found this hidden gem in Salem NH. I must say.

  Attending Jon's classes literally changed my life! I had always wanted to get in shape and live a healthier lifestyle but I was too intimidated to try a large gym. Jon's friendly personality, individual attention and knowledge of health and fitness gave me the tools and inspiration to become the person I always wanted to be. I have since moved out of state and have continued to build on what I learned in the classes at the Fitness Factory. Thank you Jon for providing the foundation!

  The Fitness Factory is the best gym for personal or group training.
  Jon works hard for his clients, making sure he trains you safely, and according to your needs and goals and also considers your fitness level when putting a training program together for you. He offers a wide variety of small group training classes like Bootcamps, Boxing Bootcamps, Metabolic Meltdown, etc. The smaller size classes allows him to keep an eye on everyone as they workout to make sure they do the exercises safely and with correct form so you don't get injured. And it's fun!

  I’ve been going to the Fitness Factory since August 2013. After years of going to the crowded gym’s in the area I decided to give it a try. What a difference it has made! The Boot Camp, AbSanity and Boxing classes I do are very intense, just as you start getting use to the exercises a new month starts and it’s time to switch things up. You’ll never get bored! I’d highly recommend giving it a try whether you’re a beginner or experienced, there’s something for everyone!

  I've done group training at The Fitness Factory for over three years, and you're not going find a better experience anywhere else. Jon's the owner and primary trainer - he knows when to work you hard, and when to back it off a bit, but he doesn't let me get away with anything less than 100% effort. The Boot Camp classes are INTENSE, but it's the best I feel all week!
