“I loved attending Endurance even though I was on the older end (20 yrs old) Their staff is knowledgeable, competent, and also very approachable which you DEFINITELY won't find at any partial program. They have a basic yoga class Fridays which was a big highlight for me. I'm doing regular yoga because I was so happy doing yoga at Endurance. I only wish they knew about support groups closer to where I live for anxiety or ptsd (I had really struggled with those which is why I went there). I got info about groups in Portsmouth and Stratham which are a little far from the MA north shore area.”

“I’ve been seeing Shane at Hampton PT in Seabrook for about 4 months now. Overall, it has been a great experience and I have been getting better. After the first two months I was still experiencing quite a bit of pain, Shane recommended I get x-rays done because he thought there may be more going on, sure enough he was right. I have also been having dry-needling treatments which have been helping my pain decrease. I really appreciate all of the time and effort he’s put in to help me heal.”

“I joined T1 about a month ago and I absolutely LOVE it there. I played basketball in college and from the time that I graduated in 2011 up until last month, I have bounced from gym to gym trying to find a place that felt like the right fit. I used to walk into a gym and even though I pretty much knew what I was doing, I would still feel a little lost. I was always used to a strength coach guiding me through a program and so when I was on my own I lacked that guidance and motivation. I was not seeing any results from working out on my own and was pretty much throwing my money down the drain. My brother and a close friend introduced me to T1 and I was hooked right from my first time there. Tyler and Lindsey do an awesome job of giving you personal attention throughout each workout to make sure you are doing the correct movements with the appropriate amount of weight. I am almost through my 4th week there and I have already seen huge changes in my body. I used to dread going to the gym but I can honestly say I look forward to every workout at T1. We do different exercises each day/week and that variety makes it so that you never get bored. I really can't say enough about this place! I recommend it to all of my friends and family and pretty much anyone else who will listen. Try it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!”

“West mile CVS in Detroit is great HOWEVER don’t waste your time driving to this address because it will take you to an empty parking low with a Walgreens across the road... I spent 30 mins driving around trying to call the CVS affiliated with the address 22001 W 8mile. Luckily the lovely pharmacist at the Walgreens helped me out direction wise.”

“This is the place to go for excellent service and superior eyeglasses. My eye doctor was seriously impressed when she examined my glasses made at Eye Appeal. I have a difficult prescription and have wasted plenty of money on glasses from the usual chain places that were simply not made well enough. Instead of settling for "okay", go to Eye Appeal and get "awesome". I just re-read what I wrote and have to say, they are not paying me to write this! I'm just so happy to be able to see well again.”
