  Both of my boys started karate at PMA-Windham last summer and we have loved every minute! The instructors are amazing and somehow know every student’s name st the first lesson! They really get to know both kids and parents and the interactions are really meaningful. The kids get promoted frequently early-on, and it encourages them to keep going when they see the older kids moving on to their black belts and using “cool” equipment, like nunchucks, during demos! They are learning about respect, discipline, safe spaces, self defense , and they reinforce what parents are working on at home if they are having any issues with behavior. Life skills!

  I love this academy because the staff here is very kind and friendly, especially Master Shihan because he loves his students and treats them like they are his own family. My son has been here for almost 6 years and we have decided to enroll our daughter. So many students enrolled that the academy needed to relocate, not to far from their old place, to a place double their old size. We highly recommend this Martial Arts Academy to everyone.

  The school is very family friendly. My son enjoys coming and is learning respect, hard work and confidence. Great way to build self esteem and self defense.

  My son loves Windham PMA. The staff are great and truly care about the kids. They are there to assist with any difficulties one may be having at home regarding behaviors and even just everyday issues. I couldn’t be more happy with this studio.

  This school was the best decision I made for my son. The instructors are knowledgeable, talented, and wonderful with the kids. They are very understanding make u feel comfortable. They are honest and work with you and are very supportive. It's not just for kids either. There are classes for adults.
  
  My son has learned to focus more, and show more respect and responsibility. You feel like part of a community. The lessons that are taught are representative of my own family values. Strength, respect, discipline, community awareness. I strongly recommend this school for your son or daughter and even for yourself!
