“My laptop was so slow that I brought it the Staples in Amherst NH. Turned out the hard drive was failing. I had a service protection plan from a 3rd party purchased through Staples and it was an old plan they don't use any longer. With this plan I would have had to mail the laptop out, wait for them to fix and then send back. Staples didn't want me to have to wait so they replaced the hard drive, moved everything from old drive to new drive all within a few hours for $0.00. Thank you so much tech team!!!!”

“This is a shout-out to Scott from the Merrimack NH Interstate All Battery Center who went above and beyond to help me out while I was swapping my battery in my sedan. I was expecting a simple swap, but I accidentally dropped a piece of the battery terminal clamp down into the engine bay (we've all been there). I spent probably 30 minutes looking around for it, and Scott spent about 15 right along with me. Thankfully the part was eventually found.
