I had declined removing my mask anywhere, inside...so, this is why we had so many issues. He excels in patience (I am anxious in any dentist chair). He uses a method of administering injections that is effective for the 'overly anxious', pain-fearing patient). He always has some great conversation mixed in with helpful teaching of good oral care habits. The front desk staff, assistants & hygienists are exceptional as well. “Last night (Monday Dec. 20th) at around 7 to 7:30 pm my friend and I stopped to get gas and snacks. While we were in the store, the cashier who was working at the time (a blonde woman, didn’t catch her name) told us to keep an eye out for a guy she had just cashed out because he seemed angry and suspicious. As we checked out he sat in his car and didn’t leave so the cashier said she got a bad vibe and told us she would walk us out to make sure we got to our car safely. As soon as the guy saw us leaving with the cashier he pulled out and drove away, staring at us the whole way past. Pretty sure he would’ve tried to follow us or do something sketchy had she not offered to walk us out. She was super nice and I really appreciate her concern and efforts to help us! I really wish I had gotten her name so I could leave her a more specific good review. I hope the manager sees this and knows who she is.”
