(November 17, 2018, 12:27 pm)Fantastic scenic views of the Hudson River and a place to stop and have a light lunch at one of the picnic tables. Large groups need a permit. Public bathrooms were industrial looking but clean and functional.
(November 4, 2018, 7:08 pm)Nice but the main parking lot was closed because it was full. It seems that at peak times you might need to park at one of the smaller lots along the road and hike the Long Trail, which might not go down to the river.
(October 7, 2018, 11:18 am)And outstanding park. Evidence that our forefathers and mother's had good sense to set aside lands for the people to enjoy. This priceless real estate is worth a visit. Enjoy cycling, hiking, strolling along level terrain, bird watching, picnic or just restfully taking in the magnificent river.
(September 10, 2018, 2:25 pm)It's a beautiful view took at the skyline of New York. You could climb the rocks the trail is awesome. It runs down parallel with the Hudson River. It's clean and quiet. Just be careful don't go too fast driving because the cops do radar all over the place on 9W and on Palisades Interstate Parkway. It's beautiful watch the sunset set it's breathtaking.
