  I have worked with a lot of management companies. I have also argued with my fair share of those companies, but, I have never come across such a helpful and wonderful person working at any management company such as Rosa. She was so sweet, so knowledgeable, and honestly a pleasure to work with. But wait...there's more! I had an issue with an account and I needed answers to some questions, Danny was there to help me. She never got annoyed and she was so patient. I would work with this company again in a heartbeat just because of my amazing experiences Rosa and Danny!

  mem property management has been a godsend for our HOA. Our manager Kim picks up the phone any time of day, responds to emails within an hour and is always on the ball when it comes to issues. We changed over to mem property and have used them for 2 years now and it's been nothing but smooth sailing.
  
  We have gone through many, many HOA management companies and to date I haven't found one as good as them. Their online system is easy to use, their employees are responsive and fast (at least ours is) and their rates are very competitive. They are not the cheapest HOA company (nor the most expensive), we (our board) looked into and interviewed a few others during the process and there were a few that offered prices perhaps 10% lower and a few companies that were about 30% more expensive but buyer beware. The companies we interviewed that were slightly cheaper were just awful during the interview process and had terrible Yelp reviews. mem property management sent the owner of the company (Martin Laderman) to the interview, he personally reviewed our whole condo complex and talked with us about financials and everything. This was the most thorough interview and discussion we'd had and you could tell by the end that his company takes their work seriously and charges the right price to be able to be responsive and give the level of service we needed (they have options for more/less services, we were somewhere in the middle of the service levels and it's been perfect for our HOA).

  they manage my active adult community in Glassboro,N.J with a smile every day. The on-site manager is a absolutely charm to work with :)
