Regarding Michael Boateng:
Our family was introduced to Michael in July of 2018. He had come to us through Preferred Health Care Services and was assigned to care for our father, an 88 year old dementia patient that had never wanted a man to care for him.
We advised Preferred that our dad had not had good experiences with male care givers and the response was “Just meet Michael and see how it goes on a trial basis”. That day changed our lives and the life of our father.
Michael’s warmth, caring, compassion and knowledge have made it easier for us to understand what is going on with this insidious disease. He is a Blessing to us as we go through the trials and tribulations of caring for our father.
We'd like to take this time to say thank you to Preferred and to “CONGRATULATE MICHAEL” for being Employee of the Year. If we could vote it would be for Michael as “Employee of the Decade”.

So far so good ???? they have went above and beyond for us for school care and home services. They have done more for us in the last few weeks then our other nursing company has in 2 1/2 yrs.. So far its been a great switch.
