Peak Lab...this is truly an incredible place that I am so grateful to have access to in the Twin Cities. I have been going consistently for a few months and have nothing but extraordinary things to say about the Peak Team and everything they offer. From the Nordic Spa (my favorite) to the hyperbaric chamber they have it all and can accommodate all different types of users. To have all of these services under one roof is truly a gift. Whether you are trying to come back from an injury more quickly, or focused on improving your every day health and performance, they have something for you. I love their Breathwork classes and special event offerings as well. It is truly such a beautiful community.

I had sustained a pretty serious back injury that was as painful and debilitating as it was demoralizing. With the help of the Mobility Trainer with Josh, and the chiropractic services of Dr. Matt, I was back to work and playing with my toddlers in a matter of weeks. Not only that but I regained the ability to turn my head fully to the right. Every aspect of this place is top notch. Strongly recommend for injury recovery!

Absolutely LOVING Peak Health Lab. My fav combo is starting with a Cryotherapy session and then jumping into a Red Refresh room (Red and Infrared light frequencies) No UV!!
Studies show that the combination of red & infrared light frequencies promote muscle recovery, decrease inflammation in the body, up your energy, boost collagen production, and the list goes on.

Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff!

The assessment at the beginning was also really helpful--so much data on my muscle and fat percentages, body inflammation score, and the like.
