Very polite and knowledgeable. Good deals. Professional. I had very limited knowledge on what I was doing, and he admitted that he was happy to answer my fairly common beginner type questions. Helped me understand pros and cons of some upgrades I was looking at as well. Explained to me some in depth care instructions I had questions about. Looking forward to doing future business here. If you are unfamiliar with this place, as I was, it has a small indoor carpet course and a medium to large sized outdoor course. They perform service as well as providing space for you to do your own with purchasable parts right next to you. (George A)
My experience at Zaks is always pleasant. If you're upgrading or just learning, Rons the guy to talk to... I've bought all my Rc's from him. When I need parts he has them. His hours are convenient for the working man, so after work he's always open. I end up talking for awhile learning more each time . Ron is full of knowledge an very helpful. It's hard for me to remember all of his advice. When I call to double check something I've forgotten, he remains patient and is happy to help me each time.
A great shop with a ton if parts. The iwber gave me a bunch if options fir what I was looking for. If you need a part that is not in stock he will get it for you. Decent prices and many brands!
