Very happy I chose to lease my second Toyota from them. 11/9/18: Went in for an oil change and tire check. On the phone, service was top notch and very accommodating. In person, service was only average and not consistent with past experiences. I’m on year two of my Camry lease and owned a previous Camry both from Shore Toyota. My husband also bought his truck from Shore. I drive an hour to Mays Landing because of the top notch service. Today I was underwhelmed: I was told my car purchase was not on file (they said they trusted me odd because on the phone they new my purchase records??), I was pushed to add costly expenses on a lease (which I said no), and communication was not delivered in a timely manner. All my other experiences with Shore Toyota have been positive. Hope to have better service next time.”

I really trust him for his honesty. He helped me out when my idle air control valve failed. I was concerned because often this can cause the car's computer to short out on my particular vehicle. I know that some places, in particular the dealership, may have sold me on a new computer as well as other related sensors. John replaced the main part in a few hours, found my computer was ok, and the price was extremely fair.
