“First, Dr. Ross believes our time is important and is committed to appointments so you’re actually being treated AT your appointment time. Second, Dr. Ross appreciates your “current” physical condition and uses heated electric stimulus pads for 15 minutes prior to the manipulation.. You might thinks that’s common sense but I’ve been in several chiropractic centers that “jump right in” and force the manipulation. Lastly, you can tell Dr. Ross is very skilled. He didn’t automatically use the “clicker.” I’ve had BAD manipulations in the past and you know it’s always in the back of your mind when the time comes. But I was very comfortable which helped with the manipulation. Highly recommend!!”
