“Hello All, Back in June I visited the local Boscov's nearby where I live. Side note, I never enjoy shopping for myself. It is just one of those tasks, like folding laundry, that I just never enjoy doing. However, this visit was easily the most enjoyable shopping experience I have had hands down ever in my entire life. I came into the store seeking clothing for work, suits and shirts to be specific. As I cringed my way into the Men's fashion area I was greeted by a very well mannered young man named Michael. He was extremely professional, polite and most of all knowledgeable! Any and every concern or question that I brought to his attention he blew away with an option or recommendation. I was SO impressed that I went from just coming into the store for 1 suit and 1 shirt to buying 2 suits, 2 pairs of slacks and 4 shirts. Michael gained my trust, appreciation and respect. He provided a very welcoming experience for me. I hope that if he is still in that store that he can be recognized in some way for doing an amazing job. “I placed an order with TackleDirect because I wanted to get something for a friend overseas, and they have everything, the price was reasonable, and they ship everywhere (theoretically). At first, they confirmed my order, then they canceled it because it failed their fraud filter, and didn't notify me at all. It failed the fraud filter because apparently nobody ever ordered 3 jars of plastic minnows for overseas before, but that was the reason I ordered from them in the first place. I found out a week later that the order was canceled when I went to their website and tried to find a tracking number. I was furious, and at first, their response was completely inadequate. Eventually, Chris in sales reached out to me and walked my order through the system every step of the way until delivery to the recipient. Happy ending! Chris bumped them up to 4 stars. Bottom line, look for the tracking number for your shipment. Don't hesitate to contact their sales staff, either directly or on social media. Thanks Chris.”

“They have lots of make up and stuff for great prices. The clearance clothes are the best prices. And the size of the clearance is HUGE. Lots of stuff for $5. But very unorganized. The sizes are all over and things are mixed matched. There’s a lot of clothes on the floor and off the hangers. Some of the staff are rude some more rude than others. The dressing rooms a mess. Dust and dirt all over the floors in it. But otherwise they have a lot of really nice things. There's a plus size hidden towards the back on the bottom floor.”

“DSW is a great place to relax and try on shoes. No sales people walking around disturbing you. However, if you need help it's quick and easy to get. The prices are reasonable considering the fact that I could not find what I was looking for elsewhere. If you join their rewards club, you are able to get an extra discount off your purchase. They also have a clearance section with all types of shoes. I haven't been there in a while and this time I found that a men's section had been added. All in all it's a great place to shop. Make sure you take some money with you because you will see so many stylish shoes, boots and more to buy!”

What a trooper she was taking care of getting me in and out of dresses; and for finding me "the one". I can't wait til next October to see my fiance's face when I walk down the isle. Alisha was accommodating, didn't make me feel rushed but was quick at getting me in and out of dresses. She had a very pleasant and friendly attitude and treated me with kindness and like I was a Barbie doll princess even at my age of 53. Definitely recommend giving her a call.”
