“Staff is super friendly, waxer Sandra was great. She was polite, explained the process as she waxed me, made me feel comfortable, not overly chatty. Most importantly she was clean washed her hands before and after service, wore gloves and did not double dip the sticks. Front desk girls were nice and not overly pushy about selling the packages or products. I got a lot of free samples from their body care lines. The lobby was very nice, pretty, and clean. The wax room as well. Definitely will be back and will recommend to my friends.”
