“While 30 miles from home I got a flat tire. Luckily there was this place not too far from where I discovered the flat tire. I pulled in and they were jammed which helped me to understand why there was no one at the counter when I got there. Shortly, someone came to take my info and keys. No more than an hour later I was on my way with a new-used tire. Could have sold me a new one; I would have bought it. They didn't try to gouge me which I am very grateful for. I have to give a shout out to Larry who was working the desk and, at time, under very difficult circumstances. He still treated everyone nicely and extremely fair. And if you read anything different do not believe it. There were five of us there who will vouch for him keeping his temper while dealing with a very difficult customer. Good job, Larry!”
