Very happy international customer. Ordered a high-end Seiko watch from these guys to ship to the UK. Excellent service throughout from start to finish. Fast shipping considering the COVID-19 backlog with shipments entering the country, but it arrived within 3 working days. If it wasn't for the Weekend, I'd of had it within two days.

I did have to pay customs duty, but such is life living in the UK! Fee's we're fine though and worked out about the same if the watch was for sale in the UK (which it's not).

Overall, fully recommend the team here. No issues in ordering again in the future.

It was great going in and seeing Seiko watches that most stores don't carry. When I told Jack I was looking for a model he had in the store but with a black dial, he told me he'd get it in and I could come look at it with no obligation to buy. How great is that? Great atmosphere to shop and great service.
