CrossFit The Rack

Couldn't ask for a better buying experience! First, they have a great inventory while most other dealers barely have anything in stock. Second, they did a great job making sure I was happy and getting what I wanted. Third, I plan on buying from them again in the future! Everyone in the place was friendly and happy to help, from finance to parts and sales to the mechanics. Now it's time to get through this 20 hour break in period so I can go have some fun.

Okay where do I start, I called up there to talk about pricing, an a couple of units. My sale guy Joseph inform me that a four seat was available, I asked for pictures an he sent them. Sparked my interest, drove 1 hour to get there an looked at the units. They where very polite an got the ball rolling right away. Went over the numbers until I felt comfortable with the payments(thanks you Bret for not pushing gap on me) I felt in control. After the deal was final, they didn't rush me out the door instead took me around to meet the employees which I thought was kinda cool that I will be working with in the future(maintenance an parts guy.) They didn't try push me into buying anything, just let me know who to call an talk to. Part guy gave me his cell phone number incase I couldn't reach the store which was pretty awesome. They made me feel more like a friend instead of a costumer. And they are delivering it to me at no cost...heck yeah. Only thing I could recommend is having water bottles for buying costumers besides that I would definitely be coming back an recommend other people here

Had a great experience at Rock Hill Powersports. Big Red helped me pick out the right first bike for me, then spent extra time giving me pointers on how to safely get started. As a brand new rider, having never even sat on a bike before visiting the store, I felt much more confident after discussing the pros and cons of different bikes, their power, and how to safely get started and learn to ride.

Very great place!!! Awesome people. Willing to help even when they were busy. Salesman Joseph treated me like family, a great guy overall. Was pleased with the love they gave to us. Offered to help load up and gave me every info I needed to know abt the machine. Joseph is the salesman to go to. Loving my new machine. Thanks Rock Hill Powersports!!

I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Monkey from Rock Hill Powersports. Joseph was my salesman. He offered me a fair out-the-door price and made my purchase process totally easy. I drove two hours to buy from Rock Hill because they did a better job than closer dealers. I definitely recommend this dealership and this salesman!

Great staff! The staff is friendly and they keep this gym pretty and clean. Clean and well managed gym.

My husband and I walked into CrossFit the Rack just under 3 years ago. We started with the beginner class, every time we looked over at the “regular class” it seemed so intimidating, but when we were ready to graduate we were more than prepared. I worked out through all 9 months of my pregnancy and my recovery was speedy. All of the coaches love what they do and it’s evident in the programs they create and the individualized coaching whenever you need it. We are so happy we joined.

I’ve been a member for almost a year now and I just love this place. No matter what day or time I go, I always look forward to my workout because all the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you progress. The community of members are all inspiring and supportive. I am my fittest and healthiest I have ever been and I credit improvements in other aspects of my life with my experiences here at Crossfit the Rack.

Today I celebrate my third year anniversary with CrossFit The Rack and I can't help but put a huge smile on my face as I look back at the amazing journey these coaches have come with me on as well as all the lifetime friends I have made. Each day is different and they offer something for everyone. As of this post I am even doing an individual design program that has helped me move on from a small lag and reaching more of my goals. For those that are nervous about taking that first step, just take a leap of faith, you wont regret it!
