He has a great sense of humor and his lessons are always fun, which makes me look forward to every session. He will go through the steps with me tirelessly and employs different teaching strategies for me to understand and acquire the skills easily. Makeup arrangements are very flexible too. “Dr. Jaffe and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They worked with me in regards to insurance. I went to Dr. Jaffe when my primary dentist did not diagnose me properly. I was in so much pain, could hardly talk, barely eat and had no idea what was wrong with me. Dr. Jaffe took 1 look and diagnosed me properly on the spot. I wound up having ulcerative gingivitis from impacted wisdom teeth. So I also needed to get my wisdom teeth out which he did miraculously. I was a nervous wreck and he has such a calm demeanor. He's been in practice for years and knows his stuff. Most importantly he has a steady hand! His staff was wonderful to work with too! Very kind and patient. Kept me updated with insurance and any payments. Highly recommend him!”

“I stop here for lunch quite often, and have never had a particularly negative experience. This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them "LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS" they don't skimp. The building itself is quite nice and has a little fireplace. I'm happy to have such a nice option near my office!”
