(November 14, 2018, 3:16 pm)I found the rug I had been looking for at the S&H Rug booth at the NYNOw show in January among the dozens of beautiful carpets available at the show.
Maria provided assistance in determining the correct size and placement for my room, sending reference pictures from designers she has worked with and whose design aesthetic she thought would be similar to mine.
The rug and underpad were shipped quickly to me here in Canada, and I am thrilled with the quality and beauty of my purchase.
The price was lower than what I had seen on other suppliers I had researched.
As well as my purchase satisfaction, the followup care I have received as a customer is also beyond what I have seen in other companies.
S&H provided me with the name of their rug cleaner here in Toronto, and the results were amazing. The carpet is as new.
I would not hesitate to purchase other product from S&H, and will likely not look elsewhere when the time comes.
The product is gorgeous, the service is excellent and responsive.

The colors are AMAZING & change during the day with lighting(ex. teal green becomes turquoise & sky blue).
Prices are surprisingly low for these high quality rugs.
