Dr. Susan Fishbein, MD

I bet Dr Susan is one of the best doctors in the world. Do we need another word ? She is a great doctor

Very nice doctor who is very professional, knows her stuff so well and very friendly. I felt very comfortable and was cured right away after one visit. Unfortunately, my second follow up visit could not happen cause Cliffside Park medical office had to reschedule me but I only found out when I arrived for my follow up visit. Staff at the window was telling me that they could not leave a voice message but I've been getting other messages. Bottom line, big thumbs up for Dr. Fishbein but thumbs down for the front desk.

I love Dr. Fishbein and have been seeing her for around 10 years. The office staff is not great, unfortunately. I only continue going there because I like her so much and only need to see her minimally, otherwise, I'd avoid the drain on my patience. When you call they put you on hold for long stretches (up to 18 minutes), can be rude, and it's obvious they don't care about the patients. In person it's a mixed bag. I feel like for most who work there it's just a job and not something they care about doing well or making people feel like humans with dignity. For some reason the few men who are at the desk or take you back to the exam room seem to be better at working in a medical office.
