Had a really great experience trying cryo for my first time here. I was dealing with some exercise related knee pain for about a week and thought I’d give cryo a try to speed recovery. I was completely surprised to find my knee pain relieved after one session! Friendly, positive and comfortable environment.
Highly recommend. Quick process. Great staff. a must try if you're dealing with any aches and pains. Not just for athletes
Stopped by to check out the facility and loved the experience! Was scared at first but they talked me through every step of the way. Love the way my body feels right when I got out of the chamber!
