Sergi and his sub-contractors did a great job with our renovations. High quality work.

Sergi is honest. He cares about the job getting done right. He's also willing to do anything, big or small, to make sure the job is done well and that his client is happy. The only con was imperfect communication, which made certain logistics slightly harder.

We originally budgeted ~$40k for the renovations but ended up spending ~$73k because we expanded the scope of the project while work was being done. The flexibility to make adjustments based on our changing requirements was much appreciated.

Overall we were very happy with Romanoff Growth, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
