Went in for a rapid covid test. It was quick to get on waiting list. I received a text 30 minutes before being called in instead of waiting in a long line. I was able to run errands around the area. It was very organized and fast. Received my results within 30 mins after leaving. Staff was nice as well!
Very helpful and nice staff!! Had to wait on line early morning, but I think that’s normal, got checked in, submitted my number and they called back in a few hours. Once inside, everything was quick and easy, got done in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!!
Really great service! Everybody knows what they are doing and I felt very comfortable the entire time. These are confusing times and I am happy that we have such hard workers at CityMD to put us at ease
This location is beautiful, extremely clean, organized, sanitized.
The flaw is calling CityMD Edgewater. Today I called, someone answered “Thank you for calling CityMD, may I place you on hold” with or without my reply I was placed on hold. Don’t ask “may I” if you are going to place me on hold with or without my consent.
I waited a bit over 12 minutes (See picture attached) finally someone gets on the line, I request my portal to be unlocked only to be placed on hold again.
Note: Not at any moment did the person who picked up state their name.
I called back......and........yes!, you guessed it.....placed on hold yet again! 7 minutes (See picture attached) later receptionist Chelsea answered, very kind, and stated they had a lot of patients in the lobby which is why I was placed on hold for a total of 20 minutes between two phone calls.
As kind as she was, I did feel like she had no emotion towards the fact that me as a patient was upset at their lack off.
I understand “they are busy” I do, not at any moment were they rude to me, nor was I rude to them, but! it doesn’t hurt to come back on the line to reassure the patient they have not been forgotten while they wait on hold or offer a call back, which is much more professional than trying to justify a 20 minute long hold.
The staff (in person, at CityMD) are wonderful and professional, its their phone manners they lack in.
Why did I call today: To unlock my portal, to be able to print out my COVID19 results for my employer being I was unable to reset my password after attempting multiple times it locked and only by calling CityMD it can be unlocked.
4 Stars because as I mentioned in person, the professionalism counts, they are kind and prompt and its a extremely clean, sanitized location.
