Went here to exchange a pantsuit I purchased online that was a little too large. . The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. John the sales associate was extremely helpful. He helped me try on the jackets to make sure I had a proper fit. Eric at the register was also very friendly, polite & professional making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I walked out of the store with a smile on my face to me that's priceless! Thank you Express and all your associates.

I love this location, the employees, the manager all of them have such a great personality really make you feel welcome they engage with you and interact. They’re always happy to help you find some thing. Even when their hands are full it doesn’t seem like they ever get frustrated. The store is always neat and tidy. As far as the quality of their products go I am always impressed with quality and styles and selection. When I buy clothes here I know they’re going to be worth the money I spent. And make me feel great when I wear them

Today I received exceptional service by the incredibly patient and knowledgeable Pia at this location. After dealing with a bunch of dumb kids working at the Express in the Westfield Mall location, this is a breath of fresh air.
