If it weren't for the location and views, this would be just another bubble tea location. That isn't to say that their selection of drinks aren't delicious, because they absolutely are, but the staff can sometimes be a bit abrupt, and the bathroom should be a lot cleaner (it is sometimes unbearable and does not present this beautiful location very well.

Despite this, drinks are great, there's a photo booth for a little fun, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. Taking pictures outside near the river overlooking Manhattan is what everyone will enjoy.

Hojicha Bubble Tea: Tasty but the hojicha flavor was a little weak. The brown sugar pearls were soft and chewy.

Coffee cream cheese boba: This is really good.

Matcha boba: More milk than matcha. Wouldn’t recommend.

My sister-in-laws love it here. I don't drink bubble tea—I'm more of coffee guy myself. I decided not to take the chance on the coffee since their only coffee option is a drink labelled 'coffee'. But it seems this place has its loyal customers for a good reason. Walking inside, the place has a very chic interior with a spiral staircase, spacious windows overlooking NYC, a circle bar, and is clean, well-kept, and stylish.
