(September 19, 2019, 1:19 pm)Horace is the owner of this establishment and as the name suggests, he is definitely a pro tech with a good heart. My wife's van had a broken axle amongst other issues and he found the issue with minutes of looking at the van (thus finding the axle). He made sure to paint a VERY clear picture of what the issues were and what was needed to repair things as well as the price; which was VERY VERY fair. (He went so far as to reduce the cost of labor a bit and save me money). Upon completion, I inspected the van, paid Horace and drove away happy. He did great quality work at a reasonable rate. You cant argue with that kind of quality. Kudos to ProTec

You had it done in record time and shining like a penny! :) Everyone was polite, professional & courteous. This was not my 1st time using your services and I'm just as satisfied 2nd time around. (August 21, 2019, 8:08 pm)Both owners and his crew are knowledgeable and tell me exact problem of noise where was coming from and explained me what's the problem and why i need to replaced it. also, they treated me politely. estimated price is reasonable. after service is perfect.
I definitely will be there again.
(June 8, 2019, 9:55 am)Guys here at the shop are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in getting you repairs and back on the road as quickly as possible. I brought in my 2015 Mercedes GLK 350 in for an oil change and the manager Horace made me feel very comfortable with the fact the he was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. I am typically hesitant just letting anyone service my car but I felt more then confident when speaking with Horace. He was very thorough in diagnosing my car to make sure everything was up to standards and suggesting any future repairs or issues I may run into. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic for your next repairs or oil change
