Prometric Testing Center

I was a bit worried reading the negative reviews about this place but I’m quite surprised by them. I had a very good testing experience. There were a lot of students on the day I tested but everything was smooth and efficient. The staff were also polite and gave clear directions. They even called me the day before as a reminder. Testing center was clean and quiet. I would recommend this place for testing.

I don't know what these reviews are on about. I had a great experience here. I took step3 for two days and those who work here are nice. I had absolutely no issues while taking tests for 16 hours.

I just tested yesterday 05/30/2023 for my Step 1 exam, which was 8 hours. I don’t know what these other people are talking about. I had a very good experience. Everything went smoothly, staff was friendly (especially Keren), bathrooms were okay, there was no key needed to get in. I was super stressed but people there were nice and made me feel more comfortable.

I read all the bad reviews and came here with a bit of nervous. But everything is completely different. There are 2 female toilets and both are very clean. However, there is one key to get in (so if another test taker took the key, you should ask staff to give you another key instead of waiting for a long time and lose your testing time). The staffs are very kind and gentle and they gave me all their best guidance to finish my test. They process papers very quickly and carefully. The center is on 2nd floor. The office room is not huge or glamorous but they are well organized and make me feel good when doing my GRE here.
