Felix Nihamin was recommended to me by my boss who he is friends with, and we expected him to be great but he went above and beyond. We sold our home and Felix was our real estate attorney for the sale. Needless to say it was not smooth sailing. Felix was so knowledgeable and so supportive I could never say enough. He responded to every email, every issue, every single thing that needed to be done which was a lot (three weeks in attorney review alone, not normal but not his fault by any means it was all the other parties attorney) but no matter where he was, or how early or late or weekends, he responded, fought for us and our rights, etc etc! I felt like I had a friend not only a lawyer, but a brilliant one at that.
